Don Kirkpatrick passed away on May 9, 2014, at the age of 90. He’s best known for the Kirkpatrick Model, with its four levels of evaluation. Nearly everyone in training and development uses it (at least in part). If they don’t use it, they can usually talk about it.
He was a major figure in training and development, and he will be missed.
